Where are you located?

Mango Condominiums is located in Tamarindo, Costa Rica and is 150 meters South of the Super 2001 on the main road toward Langosta. Unfortunately, Costa Rica does not have exact addresses so the easiest way to locate us is by typing our name, Mango Condominiums, into the destination bar in Google Maps or Waze. There is also a link to Google Maps with directions from Liberia Airport at the bottom of every page.

Is there a concierge?

If you need any help with suggestions for tours or transfers, please do not hesitate to let us know. We work with a five-star concierge that can help you tailor the perfect stay.

Is there off-street parking?

Yes! However, space is limited so we ask that each condo bring only one car.

Do I need to rent a car?

We are within walking distance to the beach and the center of Tamarindo so it is not necessary to rent a car. We do provide one parking space per condo if you do decide to bring one but there are taxis and shuttles in the area if you'd prefer not to.

How far is the beach?

We are approximately 75 meters from the beach or about a 3-minute walk.

Is smoking allowed in the building?

As per Costa Rican Law, smoking is not allowed in the building (including condos, porch/balconies, poolside, etc.) Smoking in a condo will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Where is the nearest airport?

The nearest international airport is in Liberia (LIR) which is one hour away by car. There are two international airports in Costa Rica but the other one is in San Jose and is a five+ hour drive in so make sure to consider this when booking your flight.

What if our group has more than 6 people?

It is possible to rent more than one condo and up to the whole building. Contact us directly for information, pricing, and availability.

Do you have an elevator?

Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. Please take note of this if someone in your group has difficulty with stairs and make sure you are on the first or second floor.

Can I throw a party?

As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that no parties be thrown.

Why don't you offer High Season, Low Season, and Mid Season pricing?

Our pricing changes every day based on the occupancy of similar complexes in the area. We want to ensure that we offer you the best price possible, therefore we constantly monitor competitive pricing.

What are we doing for sustainability?

Ecotourism is becoming a big thing here in Costa Rica. As a result, we are doing a few things here at Mango Condominiums to become more sustainable.

1) In order to reduce plastic waste, we provide full-sized soaps instead of the travel-sized bottles you may expect. If possible, we ask that you do not throw away the bottles or take them with you at the end of your stay.

2)In an effort to conserve water we do not offer daily cleanings and use an industrial-sized washing machine to wash the sheets and towels.

3)To conserve electricity we line-dry our sheets and wall air conditioning units instead of central cooling air conditioners. We also ask that guests turn off the AC units and lights when they are out of the building.
